Around 20% of us experience pregnancy anxiety often affecting our sleep, moods, emotions and comfort.  You’ll explore the roots of common fears and learn practical techniques drawn from hypnobirthing, including breathing, relaxation, and mindset tools to help you feel more in control. These simple but powerful strategies will support you in staying calm and centred—both now and in the birth room.

This class is open to all and welcomes both individuals and couples. Whether you attend alone or with your birth partner, you’ll leave feeling more confident, informed, and emotionally prepared for the journey ahead.
